100 Iconic Vehicles

Sometimes the vehicle from a movie gets just as famous and easily recognizable as the stars – the James Bond’s Aston martin, Mad Max’s Ford Falcon, “The Hunt For Red October’s”… well, you get the picture. For the movies, video games, and tv shows that these vehicles star in, they’re iconic emblems of that work. What else can you think of when you see the car from “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang,” or the Warthog from “Halo?” This infographic has 100 vehicles, separated from their names with a key so that you can have fun trying to guess what’s what. Where Did My Missing Sock Go? The Trails and Travails of Popular Characters…and Their Missing Socks

In the stories we tell in movies, television, video games, and novels, we portray characters who seek the truth. But one mystery has never been solved, and the adventures to unravel it have, for too long, been relegated to the background. This infographic seeks to bring those backstage antics front and center, and provides popular fictional characters confronting the mystery of where socks go when we lose them. Mis-matched and missing socks affect us all – but it’s good to laugh at this hardship sometimes, and know that we’re not alone.

80s Cash In The Attic – How much are your old toys, video games and gadgets worth?

Do you have boxes of old toys, video games and gadgets in your parent’s house?

You know all that stuff you didn’t throw away as a kid which eventually moved in to the attic or basement and now years later your dad reminds you he’s storing your crap for free?

Well as it’s nearly that time of the year you’ll be making a journey into the dark, damp, spider infested parts of your home to dig out your Christmas lights and inflatable Santa we’ve compiled a list of some hidden plastic treasures you might want to keep a look out for which might pay for a few extra festive treats this year.

So what should you look out for?
· The Sony Walkman TPS L2, the one with the orange headphones, is currently selling on ebay for almost $650 all thanks to Marvel’s big summer blockbuster, Guardians of the Galaxy.

· Some original 1984 Transformers toys are selling online for as much as $12,000 and even a loose mint condition Optimus Prime can sell for $640

· Original 1980’s comics in very good condition can sell for over $80 with a mint copy of the Amazing Spider-Man #300 selling for around $5400, which was the first outing of Spider-Man in his black suit.

· If you were a gamer in the 80’s then keep a look out for a copy of Super Mario Bros for the NES which could get you over $240.

So checkout the infographic below and if you do have any of these gems in your parent’s attic you might want to get to them before your dad sell’s them in lieu of the free storage costs.
